Philippe Vangeel
CEO & Founder

With extensive technological expertise and a talent for identifying and nurturing talent, Philippe Vangeel has led significant advancements in the e-mobility landscape. With a background in electronics and two decades of entrepreneurial experience, he has played a key role in the sector’s growth, driving membership increases and solidifying key positions in the industry.

Philippe’s strategic vision enhances the entire e-mobility value chain, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders—from raw material suppliers to electric vehicle manufacturers and charging infrastructure operators.

As the founder and CEO of E-City Brussels, Philippe leverages his experience in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, decarbonization, and transportation. Fluent in English, French, and Flemish, with proficiency in Norwegian and German, he is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the e-mobility landscape and drive sustainable transportation forward.

Glenn Cezanne
Senior Partner

With a career focused on Public Affairs, Public Relations and Association Management on the international stage, Glenn Cezanne focuses on manoeuvring the political decision-making landscape with the aim of creating effective communication strategies, whether it is to have an impact on legislation, primarily in Europe and in Brazil, or to increase political attention on specific issues of interest. He began as Head of Public Affairs, EU for CharIN in 2021, whereby he is responsible for representing the cross-industrial association vis-à-vis the European institutions and national governments, including the EU-US and EU-India Trade and Technology Councils. . Until recently, he ran the German Airports Association (ADV) Brussels office. His last position before building his first company, Time&Place Consulting, he was Executive Director for the European Casino Association which represents both state- and private-owned casinos. Glenn speaks German, Romanian, Italian, French and English, whilst constantly trying to improve his Dutch and Portuguese.

Guilherme Crispin
Junior Associate

Guilherme’s primary work is policy monitoring and analysis of EU regulations, conceptualising position papers, drafting presentation to brief clients, and stakeholder mapping; mainly in the field of e-mobility, whereby he has been Public Affairs Assistant at CharIN e.V. since 2023. Gui joined Time&Place Consulting as Junior Consultant following various stints around the world, including LATAM and Africa. Guilherme speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, while also holding a basic understanding of French.
